本学は研究者や学習者によるグループ研究およびグループ学習を支援するためのWeb型アプリケーション（梅花協調学習システム）を開発しました。
梅花協調学習システムはインターネットを介して複数人が同時に相手側の映像を見ながら会話することができるので遠隔地にいる研究者や学習者とのコミュニケーションを円滑に行うことが出来ます。
また、グループのスケジュール管理や学習情報を共有する機能などグループウェアとしての機能も充実しております。
本システムは多言語に対応しており、2006年度からは韓国の釜山情報大学と本システムを活用した連携授業を行います。
また、本システムを活用した梅花留学生サポートシステムも同時に開発し、2006年度より本格的な運用が開始され、アメリカやオーストラリアなどに留学している学生の学習支援や心のケアを行っていく予定です。

本システムの利用は本学に在籍する教職員、学生ならびに本学より共同研究を許可されたものに限ります。

Baika Women’s University has developed a web system (Baika’s Collaborative Learning System) that supports group work by researchers and learners.

The system can make it much easier to communicate with fellow researchers and learners, who are in distant places, for it enables them to see and talk with one another through the Internet.

It functions as groupware, and can be used for various purposes, such as scheduling and data communication learning.

Moreover, it can work in a multilingual environment, and starting in 2006 it will be used in a collaborative class conducted by Busan College of Information Technology, Korea, and Baika Women’s University.

Utilizing this main system, a support system for Baika students on Study Abroad Programs in the United States and Australia has also been developed, and will be in use starting in 2006.

Use of this Collaborative Learning System is limited to teachers, office staff and students at Baika Women’s University, along with those who have been granted permission to do research at the University.
